Garcia Football Coaching (GFC) is an elite football academy based in Perth, Western Australia, founded by former Perth Glory player and coach Michael Garcia. GFC was created with a vision to develop talented young footballers in a high-performance environment that combines professional coaching, discipline, teamwork, and personal growth. Over the past few years, GFC has rapidly grown into one of Western Australia’s leading youth football programs, with players selected through invitation and trial-based pathways. The academy focuses on technical development, game intelligence, strength & conditioning, and creating a professional football culture from a young age. In 2026, GFC expanded internationally, taking teams to compete at the JSSL Singapore 7s tournament before now heading to the prestigious IberCup in Brazil, a once-in-a-lifetime experience for many of our players. The Brazil tour represents not only a football opportunity, but also a cultural and personal development journey for the team. Our players are proud to represent Australia and the GFC community on the international stage. The group has built a strong reputation for professionalism, respect, hard work, and passion for the game. Many of our players train multiple times per week within the academy environment, alongside strength & conditioning and elite development programs. At GFC, we believe football is more than just a sport, it is a platform to build confidence, resilience, leadership, and lifelong memories.
